Redesign Your Life was founded by Mary Claire O'Neal, author of the award-winning book,
Becoming What You Want to See in the World.
A communication consultant, certified coach and speaker, Mary Claire has been
working with individuals, companies, and educational and service
organizations for over 15 years in helping her clients create and
realize, in their personal lives and places of work, the fulfillment of
values and goals that are important to them and those they lead.
Interior Redesign (Intrapersonal)and Exterior Redesign(Interpersonal and Unity Skills)are the foundations of this unique work that
retool perceptual patterns or old ways of doing things that are no
longer working, recreating new patterns of effective, unifying
communication and relationships, prosperity, balance, ease, teamwork,
and success. Frequently, clients and groups experience a renaissance
of passion for their lives and work, as well as more easily see and
create solutions, drawing from their own wisdom and the wisdom of
others--all the while honoring their highest values, the "big picture"
or overall vision or mission of their lives and organizations.
